You will consider the patio and patio size, the outdoor kitchen layout with grills and accessories, fire pits and fireplaces, roof coverings and pergolas, seating walls and columns, pool cabanas, water features, outdoor lighting and landscaping around the new patio and the house.  You will also need to consider your outdoor furniture needs as well.  Will you have an outdoor dining area and seating areas with chairs, sofas or sectionals.  Tables for casual seating that require umbrellas maybe.  The patio needs to be broken down into zones/rooms and considered for overall size and flow.  This process is driven by these ideas and visions mixed in with our years of experience designing and installing outdoor living spaces.

Your Existing Outdoor Living Space: We will take an existing patio or pool with an older pool deck and remodel the area with a new and improved layout.
